‘FOREXTraderPRO’ is a platform for online trading developed by GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. The company offers its services under the name Forex.com. There are two versions – desktop and web-based. There is a warning that the web-based version is not supported by Google Chrome browser. This is rather strange and would be a hindrance to Google Chrome fans. In addition, there is a requirement to download and install a Microsoft Silverlight plugin. There are five resizable modules in the workspace. Like the desktop version, there is a main menu bar containing links to other modules.

Trading module shows instruments as trading boxes where you can make deals. Clicking the buy or sell button places a market order directly. There is a section for open positions where take-profit and stop-loss orders can be attached as well. Double-clicking on an open position invokes another tab where you can view its details and close it.

The chart window is simpler than the one in the desktop version. Time periods start from 1 minute to 1 month. Like in the desktop version, you can monitor the same instrument in several charts with different time periods. Chart types are candlesticks, bars, or lines. There are few graphic objects – Fibonacci correction and lines. However, over 50 indicators are available. You can zoom in and out charts by dragging price or time bars. Lastly, you can trade directly from the chart window.

As in the desktop version, there is a section that is dedicated to the Autochartist tool. The Autochartist tool recognizes market patterns and forecasts the next price direction. You can place orders directly from this window as well. Account summary is shown on the bottom of the platform. It contains Account balance, Current result, Margin levels and Margin indicator.

Compared to the desktop version, this one is simpler but not enough to attract beginners.
